At PHD, our focus is NOT about exposure to college coaches.

We DO NOT believe that a 50-min. practice and a weekend's worth of sloppy hockey games along with a few 'Atta Girl! Way To Go!' quips from behind the bench at some 'Can't Miss' recruiting showcase, equals player development. Far, from it.

What we do believe is this:

If you want to improve your game, you have to put in the work. Purposeful work... repeated over time, under game-like conditions so you can actually learn how to play the game at your position to a high standard.

At PHD we give players the knowledge (so you learn) and repetitions in the systematic sequences that occur most often in games (so you can apply your knowledge). And that... we believe, will help you DEVELOP.

So PARENTS! Get off the hamster-wheel of traveling all over the planet to attend every summer recruiting showcase your pocket book will take you to.

Invest in your daughter's player development path instead - with PHD. You're daughter will improve her game, you'll save some money and actually be able to take that summer vacation!

Because exposure is only good, when you're good. Otherwise, you will most certainly BE EXPOSED!
