We don’t sell exposure. We develop players.

At Prospect Hockey Development, we believe advancement comes from mastering the game — not attending more showcases. Our programs are built around position-specific high-level situational awareness skill acquisition, hockey intelligence, and habits that translate directly to performance. We give players the knowledge and repetitions in the systematic sequences that occur most often in games. When players know how to play, their game shows it. It's undeniable.

Who PHD Is For?

Elite girls entering Grade 10 through incoming NCAA freshmen (2026–27) pursuing NCAA hockey at the highest level.

PHD is designed for players who already compete at a high level and are serious about getting better. Our environment is demanding, focused, and intentionally coached. This is elite development for players who want to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

Who PHD Is Not For?

PHD is not for players looking for guaranteed exposure, shortcuts, or a showcase-style experience. If your primary goal is visibility rather than development...

There are plenty of other events built for that.

PHD Programs Prioritize:

-High-Repetitions in game specific sequence situations

-Teaching the Why behind the decisions we teach. We don't just 'Do' drills.

-Video: To introduce concepts. If players can see it - they can do it.

-An environment that challenges players to scan, read, and think the game as it happens.

-Everything we do is built to translate directly to performance in real games — because that’s what matters.

This is development for players who are serious about improving their game.
