-Who Aspire To Play NCAA College Hockey at The Highest Level-
"In the world of hockey development, talk is cheap, and ice time is expensive.
At Prospect Hockey Development, we've made a radical decision:
To actually DEVELOP hockey players."

At PHD, our focus is NOT about exposure to college coaches.
We do not believe that a 50-min. showcase practice and weekend's worth of games equals player development.
What we do believe is... if you want to improve your game, you have to put in the work and learn through PURPOSEFUL repetition. Repeated over time - improvement is the outcome.
Learn. Apply. Develop.
It's our mantra.
And that's exactly what PHD players experience. They acquire knowledge from experienced coaches at the highest levels of women's hockey and beyond who know how to teach the game. They then apply that newfound knowledge by getting repetitions within the games repeated fundamental systematic sequences and build confidence in the process. Some of those include:
-Breakouts
-Defensive Zone Exits
-Offensive Zone Entries
-Offensive Zone Play
-Forechecking (OFZ + NZ)
-Backchecking
-Neutral Zone Re-Groups
-Defending The Rush
-Defensive Zone Play
-Special Teams
-Faceoffs
Plus a whole lot more.
